One page for every resident of your dorm or inn.
Boarding houses near España, Katipunan and Lahug run on group chats and paper on the wall. Give guests and residents one link for rules, announcements and the essentials, and keep the guestbook wall for the fun stuff.
What dorm and inn owners use it for
Announcements that get read
Water interruptions, curfew changes, pest control schedules. Post once; everyone sees it on the page instead of scrolling a 300-message group chat.

Guests tap "We have read the rules" and you get a dated record of who confirmed. Per-resident sign-off each semester comes with the dorm pilot.
Per stay nowRent and utility reminders
Show due dates on the page and let residents mark "Paid" for you to confirm. GoTuloy never handles the money.

Pension houses and B&Bs replace the laminated folder: breakfast hours, room service, tours and jeepney directions, one QR per room.
