Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and GoTuloy ("GoTuloy", "we") about using GoTuloy. By creating an account you agree to them, to our Privacy Notice and to our Data Processing Agreement.
1. The service
GoTuloy lets hosts build mobile pages for their properties (house manual, local guide, private stay-code section, guestbook wall), print QR posters, prepare building guest lists and see visit counts. Guests open pages without an account.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information, including a working email address.
3. Plans and payment
- The Free plan includes one live page. The Host plan costs ₱249 per live page per month, or ₱2,490 per live page per year.
- You pay in advance for a month or a year through PayMongo or by GCash to our account, or subscribe through PayPal, which then charges you automatically until you cancel. The amount is based on your live pages when you pay; pages you publish during a period are added at your next payment.
- We remind you before your period ends. If you do not pay, your pages stay on the Host plan for 14 days, then your account moves to the Free plan: one page stays live and the others return to draft. Nothing is deleted.
- You can cancel any time; you keep the Host plan until the end of the period you paid for. [Refund policy to be confirmed.]
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next payment.
4. Your pages and the rules you follow
You are responsible for your pages and for following the rules of the platforms you list on, your building and the law. In particular, on pages for listings on Airbnb or similar platforms:
- Do not ask guests for their email address, phone number or other contact details, or to pay outside the booking platform.
- Do not ask for reviews or ratings outside the booking platform.
- Do not make the page a condition of entry: guests must be able to get into the property without it.
- If your building needs guest names or plate numbers, say so in your listing description before guests book.
You may not use GoTuloy for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, including scams, hate speech, harassment, sexual content, or photos of identifiable people without their consent. Do not collect government IDs, health information or other sensitive personal information through GoTuloy.
5. Guestbook notes
Guests' notes appear only after you approve them. You may hide or report any note. We may remove notes or pages that break these terms or the law, and we review reported notes.
6. Ownership
You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to host, display and process it to provide the service. GoTuloy, its design and software belong to us.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep GoTuloy available and your pages working, including offline once a guest has opened them, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; we will tell you in advance about changes that reduce what your plan includes.
8. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put guests at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us. You can close your account any time; your pages, notes and photos are deleted within 30 days. You can export your content before you go.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, GoTuloy is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law. [Liability terms to be reviewed by counsel.]
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of [city], unless the law gives you another option.
