How it works

From sign-up to your first guestbook note.

No app to install, for you or your guests. You build the page in your browser; guests open it from a QR code or a link.

You, once

Set up your page in about 10 minutes

1

Pick a template

Condo, house or inn. Most of the page is already written: building rules, appliances, emergency numbers. You fill in the brackets.

No card needed for one page
2

Add your details and publish

Check-in time, Wi-Fi, house rules, your local picks. Put the lockbox code and password in the private section, then press Publish.

Edit any time, from your phone
3

Print the QR poster

Choose a style, download the PDF or PNG, and stick it by the door or on the fridge. It never needs reprinting.

You, every booking

Send the link, keep the building happy

1

Send the link and stay code

Copy the ready-made message into Airbnb chat, Messenger or Viber. It has your page link and the stay code that unlocks the private details.

One tap to copy
2

Prepare the building guest list

If your condo admin asks for names and a plate number, add the stay and copy the email. The names delete themselves 7 days after check-out.

Mention it in your listing first
3

Change the stay code

Rotate it after every check-out, monthly, or whenever you like, so last week's guests can't open this week's details.

Your guests

What guests do

All in their phone's browser. The page is optional: guests can always get in and ask you directly.

1

Scan or tap, then read

The page opens with check-in and check-out times, Wi-Fi name, house rules and your local guide, in English or Filipino.

Keeps working without signal
2

Unlock and confirm

They enter the stay code to see the door code and Wi-Fi password, and tap to confirm the house rules and how many guests are staying.

You see it per stay
3

Check out and sign the guestbook

Before leaving they tap "Done, we've checked out" and can leave a note for the next guest. You approve it before it shows.
