What condo admins usually ask for
- Full names of every guest, as they appear on their ID. Guests usually show the ID to the guard at the lobby; you don't need copies.
- Check-in and check-out dates and times. Some buildings also limit check-in hours.
- The number of guests, within your building's limit per unit.
- A plate number if guests use your parking slot, so the guard can let the car in.
- The unit owner's or host's name and number, and sometimes a signed authorization if you are not the owner.
Tips: send it a day or two before arrival, and again if guests change. If your building requires guest details, say so in your Airbnb listing description so guests know before they book. Keep the list only as long as the building needs it.
