Typhoon season: tell every guest at once with the advisory banner

Storm signals, water interruptions and building notices at the top of your page, with an end date. No republishing needed.

Typhoon signals, water interruptions, elevator maintenance, a flooded road. When something affects every guest, put it at the top of your page with the advisory banner, without editing or republishing anything else.

How to post one

  1. In the dashboard, open Properties, then your property's settings, and find Advisory banner.
  2. Choose the type: typhoon or weather, water or power interruption, building notice, or other.
  3. Write the message guests should see, in English and, if you like, Filipino.
  4. Set how long it shows with Show until.

The banner shows at the top of your guest page right away, with no need to republish. When the end time passes, it disappears by itself.

What to write

  • Say what to do, not just what's happening. "Signal no. 2 tonight: bring the balcony chairs inside and keep the sliding door locked."
  • Give a time. "Water off 9 AM to 4 PM. Fill the pail in the bathroom tonight."
  • Keep it short. One or two sentences; the details can stay in your house manual.

Regional advisories

During big weather events we may post a short advisory for the affected provinces, which shows on live pages there. Your own banner always comes first: if you've posted one, guests see yours.
