"Tuloy po kayo" is how Filipinos welcome someone at the door. GoTuloy is that welcome for short-term rentals: one mobile page per property with everything guests need, and a guestbook wall for the notes they leave behind.

What you get

  • A house manual guests actually open. Check-in and check-out, Wi-Fi, house rules, aircon and appliances, trash, parking and lobby registration.
  • A local guide. Your picks for food, groceries, pharmacies and transport, with map links.
  • A private section. Lockbox codes and passwords unlock with a stay code you send after booking.
  • A guestbook wall. Guests leave a note for the next guest; you approve each one before it shows.
  • A QR poster for the door, in A5 or A4, as PDF or PNG.

Guests open the page in their browser from the QR code or a link in your booking message. No app and no sign-up, for you or for them. The page works in English and Filipino, and keeps working offline once opened.

Who it's for

We started with condo and house hosts in Metro Manila, Cebu and Baguio, and the templates show it: lobby registration, gate passes, building rules and the admin office number are already there. Inns and pension houses get their own template too, and a dorm mode is coming as a pilot.

What it costs

One property is free, forever. The Host plan is ₱249 per live page a month, or ₱2,490 a year, and adds guest photos on the guestbook wall, more than one live page and no GoTuloy footer. You pay in pesos, with GCash.

Have a look at the sample page (the stay code is MABUHY), then make your own. It takes about ten minutes.
