A noise complaint about your unit. Reply in two minutes.
The admin calls, the neighbours are upset, your guests may not even know. Fill in a polite message to your guests through Airbnb, and a reply to the building.

Friendly first: most guests simply don't realise how much sound carries in a condo.

Hi [Guest name]! Sorry to message you so late. The building admin just let me know about noise from the unit, and quiet hours are [10 PM to 7 AM]. Could you please keep it down from now on, and close the balcony door? The building can charge a penalty if it happens again. Thank you so much, and enjoy the rest of your stay! [Your name]

Good day, [Admin name or Property Management Office], Thank you for letting me know about the noise from [Tower and unit] on [Date] at around [Time]. I messaged the guests right away and reminded them of the building's quiet hours. [They apologized and confirmed they'll keep it down. / I'll follow up again tonight.] I'm sorry for the disturbance to the neighbours. To prevent it, I'm [what you'll do, e.g. adding the quiet hours to the welcome message and the house rules guests confirm before check-in]. Please let me know if anything else is needed. Thank you, [Your name], [Unit owner / authorized host] [Mobile number]

Make quiet hours hard to miss
- Put quiet hours in your Airbnb listing and house rules (see our house rules template).
- Mention them in the day-before message, next to the door code.
- Have guests confirm the house rules before arrival, and keep a short "Please keep it down after 10 PM" note by the balcony door.
House rules guests confirm before they arrive.
On a GoTuloy page, guests read your rules next to the Wi-Fi and tap to confirm them, so nobody can say they didn't know.
