Building guest lists in two minutes, deleted after a week
Add the stay, copy the text your condo admin asks for, and let the names delete themselves 7 days after check-out.

Many condos ask hosts to send guest names, and sometimes a plate number, before every stay. The Stays helper turns that into a two-minute job, and cleans up after itself.
How it works
- In your dashboard, open Stays and add the booking: check-in and check-out dates, how many guests, their names and, if they bring a car, the plate number.
- Use Copy subject and Copy message. You get ready-to-send text with the unit, the dates, the names, the plate number and your contact details.
- Paste them into the email or form your building admin uses.
Seven days after check-out, the names and plate number are deleted automatically. They are stored encrypted until then.
Tell guests before they book
If your building requires guest details, say so in your Airbnb listing description, so guests know before they book. The Stays helper is on your side only: guests never fill in a form on your page.
Guest count, confirmed
An extra visitor can mean a fine from the building. On your guest page, guests can tap "We are 4 guests and have read the house rules", choosing a number up to your maximum. You see who confirmed for each upcoming stay in your dashboard.
Check-out, confirmed
When guests leave, they can tap "Done, we've checked out" on the page, and you get notified, so you know the unit is free for cleaning.
