Print your QR poster

Pick a style, download the PDF or PNG and put it where guests will see it.

A QR poster lets guests open your page with their phone camera, no typing and no app. The code points to your page link, so you never need to reprint it when you edit the page.

Make the poster

  1. Open QR posters in the sidebar, or press Poster on a property.
  2. Choose the property and, if you like, write your own headline. Leave it empty for the suggested one.
  3. Pick a style: Capiz (light), Terracotta or Night.
  4. Choose English + Filipino or English, and whether to print the Wi-Fi network name. The password is never printed.
  5. Press Download PDF (A5 or A4) for printing, or Download PNG to send to a print shop or share as an image.

The preview on the screen is the real poster, so what you see is what you get.

Printing tips

  • Print at 100% scale (turn off "fit to page") so the code stays sharp.
  • Matte paper or a frame works better than glossy lamination, which can reflect light into the camera.
  • Put it where guests look first: inside the front door, on the fridge or on the room desk.
  • Scan it with your own phone before you put it up.
