Send your page and stay code to guests

Where to paste the link on Airbnb, and how the stay code keeps private details private.

Guests should get your page link before they arrive, and the stay code once they have booked. Your page never asks guests for their email, phone number or payment, so it's safe to send through Airbnb.

Where to put the link on Airbnb

  • Check-in instructions and House manual in your listing: paste your page link so every guest gets it automatically.
  • Scheduled messages: add the link and stay code to the message that goes out after booking.
  • Keep important rules in your Airbnb listing too, especially building requirements like guest registration. Your page explains them; the listing is where guests agree to them.

Copy-ready messages

Open Properties → Share. You'll find messages for Airbnb chat, Messenger and Viber, in English and Filipino, with your link and current stay code already filled in. Press Copy message and paste. Use the Messenger and Viber ones only for guests who booked with you directly.

The stay code

The private section (lockbox code, Wi-Fi password) is hidden behind a 6-character stay code. Guests type it once and their phone remembers it, even offline at the door.

Set how often it changes in Properties → Settings → Stay code:

  • Only when I change it: you press Change code now whenever you like.
  • Every month: a new code each month, made automatically.
  • After every check-out: a new code once each stay's check-out time passes. This uses the stays you add in Stays.

When the code changes, guests who unlocked with the old one are locked out, so send the new code to your next guests.
